Beta Policy

1. What Beta Means

A Hustler's Way is currently in a beta testing phase. This means the game is fully playable and all systems are live, but we are still actively balancing the economy, tuning features, and fixing bugs. Things may change, sometimes significantly, between play sessions.

2. No Guarantees

During beta, game data (player progress, cash, items, businesses, properties) may be reset, adjusted, or wiped at our discretion for balancing purposes. While we aim to avoid resets, we reserve the right to do so if a critical economy exploit or data corruption requires it. We will announce any reset at least 48 hours in advance on Discord and in-game.

3. Your Role as a Beta Player

As a beta player, you help shape the game. We encourage you to:

• Report bugs, exploits, and balance issues in the #bugs channel on Discord.
• Share feedback on what feels fair, unfair, overpriced, or too easy.
• Be patient — features may be added, removed, or reworked rapidly.
• Understand that beta access is a privilege, not a right. We may revoke access for abuse, exploitation, or toxic behavior.

4. Purchases During Beta

The VIP store sells gold bars, starter packs, and boosters for real money. All purchases made during beta are final and will carry over to the full release unless a full wipe is necessary (see Section 2). If a wipe occurs and you have made purchases, your gold bars will be re-credited to your account post-wipe. Cash/items from packs are tied to game progress and may not survive a wipe.

5. Duration

Beta Season 1 is planned for 4 months. We may extend or shorten this period based on development progress, player feedback, and server stability. The transition from beta to full release will be announced in advance on Discord and in-game.
