1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or playing A Hustler's Way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or play the game. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement. You may only create and use one account per person, and you must provide accurate registration information. Accounts created with automated tools or false information may be terminated.

3. Virtual Items & Purchases

The game offers optional real-money purchases of virtual items, including Gold Bars (in-game diamonds), packs, and boosters. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money outside the game.
• Purchases are delivered to your account immediately after payment is processed and are final, subject to our Refund Policy.
• Paddle acts as merchant of record for all payments. Paddle processes your payment, VAT, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
• Gold Bars and purchased items cannot be transferred, gifted, or traded to other players.

4. No Gambling Guarantee

Game features styled as casino games, races, or lotteries are entertainment only. They use virtual in-game currency and never pay out real money. Odds and rewards are set and may be adjusted by the game operators. Specifically:

• No real-money winnings are ever awarded — casino chips and lotteries are virtual only.
• Purchasing gold bars, chips, or packs does not improve your odds in any chance-based game.
• In-game currency has no cash-out value and cannot be redeemed for real money.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password, sell, or transfer your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Report suspicious activity to us immediately.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following while using the game:

• Using bots, scripts, automation, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt the game economy.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players through the game's chat, forum, or messaging systems.
• Buying, selling, or trading accounts, virtual currency, or items for real money outside official channels.
• Operating multiple accounts to evade bans, restrictions, or to farm rewards.

7. Bans & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Banned accounts may lose virtual items and progress. We are not obligated to refund purchases made on accounts terminated for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The game is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of virtual items, progress, or data, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. You play at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date. Material changes will be announced in-game. Continued use of the game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
